1. Enrollment and Payment

• Booking Confirmation: Your spot in a class is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Non-Refundable Deposit: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is part of the total class fee and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation by Participant:
  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled class will receive a refund minus the $50 non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class will not be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellation by Detroit Tuft: If a class is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  3. Rescheduling

• Advance Notice: Participants may reschedule their class at least 72 hours in advance without penalty. The $50 deposit will transfer to the new booking.

                  Late Rescheduling: Requests made within 72 hours of the class may be subject to availability and may require a new booking and deposit may be lost.

4. Class Conduct

• Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss important instructions and may not receive a time extension.
• Behavior: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow attendees. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.

5. Health and Safety

• Protective Gear: Participants must wear protective equipment provided during the class.
• Liability: Detroit Tuft is not responsible for any injuries sustained due to non-compliance with safety instructions.

6. Materials and Equipment

• Provided Supplies: All necessary materials and equipment for the class will be provided.
• Damage to Equipment: Participants are responsible for any damage to equipment resulting from misuse.

7. Photography and Media

• Consent: By attending, you consent to photography and videography that may be used for promotional purposes.
• Personal Devices: Participants may take photos of their own work but must not disrupt the class or infringe on others' privacy.

8. Personal Belongings

• Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Detroit Tuft is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

9. Age Restrictions

• Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 13 years old. Those under 18 require parental consent.

10. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

By enrolling in a class with Detroit Tuft, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
