By enrolling in a class with Detroit Tuft, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
This policy incorporates standard practices from art workshops, including enrollment confirmation upon full payment, clear cancellation and refund policies, participant conduct expectations, and liability disclaimers.
At Detroit Tuft, we value your time and commitment to our tufting workshops. To ensure a smooth experience for all customers, please review our refund policy below:
Deposit Policy
· A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the class. This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Cancellation & Refunds
· If you cancel your booking at least 72 hours before your scheduled class, you will receive a refund minus the $50 non-refundable deposit.
· If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to class, no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling
· If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you in a future class. The full payment, including deposit will be transferred to your new booking.
· Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the class will be subject to availability, may require a new booking and deposit may be loss.
